Average Pay
Rates vary from $500 per month to $1,500 per month for a senior coach (2019)
Equipment Needed
  • Application required. Necessary experience includes:
    • A background in the tech/business world
    • A graduate degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Human Development, Organizational Development, MBA, or a related field
    • Am ICF-accredited coaching certification and/or substantial experience coaching leaders at multiple levels
  • Good Internet connection
  • Confidential space for hosting client sessions via Zoom
  • Proficiency with basic tech (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
  • Time for 2 x 60 minute sessions per month
